Requirements to use ShopSlayer and join campaigns

To use ShopSlayer and participate in campaigns, affiliates must meet the following requirements:

Your TikTok Shop yellow basket must be activated.
Keep your TikTok account public at all times.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Only one ShopSlayer account is allowed per person. Even if you have multiple qualifying TikTok accounts, only one ShopSlayer account may be created.
Your account must be in good standing with no active bans, restrictions, or policy violations.

Post your content on time and keep your video public for the duration required by the campaign.
Follow all campaign mechanics, including:
- Tagging the correct TikTok Shop yellow basket product.
- Using all required hashtags.
- Including the appropriate paid partnership disclosure (such as #ad or #sponsored).
- Following every instruction provided in the campaign brief.
Upload your submitted video link(s) to ShopSlayer before the campaign deadline. Submissions without uploaded links will not be considered.
Avoid posting defamatory, offensive, misleading, or damaging content about the participating brand while the campaign is active.
Do not manipulate the platform by:
- Reusing or copying videos.
- Operating multiple ShopSlayer accounts.
- Using fake followers or purchased engagement.
- Purchasing products through your own affiliate link or encouraging others to do so.
- Allowing another person to operate your ShopSlayer account.

Any prizes, rewards, or campaign credits obtained through fraudulent or manipulative behavior may be revoked, even after they have been awarded.

Eligibility requires full compliance with all campaign requirements at the time of entry, verification, and prize distribution.
ShopSlayer and the participating brand may verify submitted content, account standing, and engagement metrics before awarding prizes.
Meeting all eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
Final prize decisions are made solely by ShopSlayer and the participating brand.
Manipulated engagement, fake activity, hidden or removed content, or missing sponsorship disclosures will result in automatic disqualification.

ShopSlayer does not process, hold, or deduct any percentage from affiliate commissions.
TikTok Shop calculates and pays commissions directly to affiliates.
Commission rates displayed within ShopSlayer are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed earnings.
ShopSlayer operates on fairness and good faith. Violations of these Terms may result in:
- Disqualification from campaigns.
- Revocation of previously awarded prizes.
- Suspension or permanent termination of the ShopSlayer account.
- Notification to the participating brand.
- Referral to relevant authorities in cases of serious abuse or fraud.
